Refund policy

At Furikake, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Returns:
    • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return. The item must be in un-used condition.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@furikake.co
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address through an email and the items should be shipped back within 10 days of return request approval.
    • Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
    • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions stated above. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
    Refunds:
      • If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
      • If the product is defective or the wrong item was received, we will provide a full refund or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
      Cancellations:
        • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
        • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return and receive a refund once the product has been received and inspected.
